I am Arwen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years' experience, committed to helping clients begin to live their best lives. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s mental health issues including perinatal & post-partum depression & anxiety, infertility/loss, stress management, coping skills & life transitions such as divorce, grief/loss, parenting struggles & am LGBTQ+ affirming & competent. I utilize a variety of techniques derived from, CPT, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, ACT, Evidence Based, Mindfulness, Interpersonal & Person-Centered therapies. I am a Certified Treatment Provider for both Anxiety and Trauma, an LGBTQ Affirming Therapist, & a Women's Mental Health Specialist focused on Maternal Health covering Perinatal & Postpartum issues, Infertility, Pregnancy/Infant loss (including abortion). I am working on Certification as an Advanced Grief Specialist. Telehealth available within the States of Oregon and Washington. I have partnered with Mindful Therapy Group and am now able to offer in-person appointments Friday and Saturday in Tigard.
